I confirmed on the SEC website that the Company has not updated its REG 506 registration since October 2014, which is what enabled them to raise funds via PIPEs. This backs up the anecdotal evidence of what others have been saying, which is that the Company had sometime ago crossed the threshold where revenues exceeds operating expenses. The bashers/manipulators can only hold down the share price for so long. Its been much too long already, but then I expect even greater rewards particularly for anyone buying at these outrageously manufactured low prices.
