As far as I know......no one has any information on what is happening except for the parties directly evolved. Chances are REALLY high right now that there is ALOT of communication going on between the parties, and it is being dealt with by Bill and James.
What I think needs to be understood here is that these things will take , and have a long history of taking , a long time to resolve to the satisfaction of the GOVERNMENT. Those ass holes do not care about shareholders on record at the time they pull this kind of shit, just any ' future' , shareholders. They will take their time, look at all documents and depositions, and then spend forever asking questions. Just the way it works, and has always worked with the SEC. One of the reasons everyone hates to have them involved in anything to do with their company.
Yes, they do a lot of good, but, they also screw over a lot of people, with their process's.
I do agree that if this had been THAT serious, the spin off would not have been allowed to take place. JMO OF COURSE. GLTA
