No. There's a hearing on March 31 on the motion to compel regarding Etrade.
That will most likely result in a modified order for Etrade to disclose information the Judge feels is relevant.
Signature is still waiting on some docs that have been exchanged via the message boards. The delay avoids the discovery. They can't turn the info over to COR if they don't have it.
