Despite what others think Andreas ponied up approx 1m dollars 5 years ago for SCRC I believe. 5 years and no return I believe the BOD acted VERY PRUDENTLY as he deserves every penny he gets for putting up his hard earned $$$$.
This was a very bullish signal clearly demonstrates that the company retired a potential 6m shares at .175 or slightly above 1m dollars. I say well done for taking this additional potential dilution off the market. Retiring potential dilution was a great move by management.
Bottom Line: Pretty apparent the company is doing very well when they can pay 65k per month or 800k cash in the year. I applaud the decision.
