For those that are puzzeled, the selling can be done between accounts to make it appear as though someone is bailing. More than likely, done to appear to the rest of us as real. I doubt it is any more than a sour minded individual who has regrets he is no longer part of management. Maybe even a Doctor with bad intentions.
