Nah, it's a rumor likely started by "Hgh" on the other boards.
Then he made every subsequent post about AMC to pump his own rumor. IR actually responded on twitter only to squash it, but he's still repeating it.
Still trying to talk to someone in the company, but no reply to email or voicemail for nearly a month. I suspect Tom himself is the PR person.
Basically the company has done almost everything it claimed it would do, which is an astounding record so far. The one missing piece though was the claim to keep communication with shareholders and that's the only issue I have with the company.
