What...???
Bush/Gore Florida problem from what I understand was caused by voting machine problems...
Democratic Voters were confused as they didn't see the normal Mo Free Money sign...upon further investigated it was a simple confusion of identifying who was a Democrat and who was a Republican on the balloting machine
Then at some point, well meaning nefarious well educated idiots in Florida decided they could determine voter intent by which way a chad was hanging...
