I posted this over "there" before, and I still believe, that "Momentous" was tied to Brilacidin phase III. There is so much money at stake that a partner would want the highest assurances that Brilacidin would achieve FDA approval and I think there was a last minute change made or demand by the FDA that put a deal on hold.
