The details in the January 29 PR are still progressing. INCC shareholders on the date of record will get shares in the new company on a 1:1 basis.
There was unusual non-retail activity on February 18 loading 491M shares at 0001 - happened in minutes when there was only about 170M on the bid at .0001.
