Ntgl is already its own trading entity and ntek will pass on ownership to shareholders at some point, just don't hold you breath as we're into month 15 now.
To have the studios and media split up does not make sense as they have a supplier/customer relationship in the sense that the work that studios does is moved over to the media group for the library. Vertical integration maximizes profits of the end product, so I don't see value in splitting those two parts of the business.
Typically when a company spins off a portion of the business it is to maximize the sales and profit potential of each entity. I don't see how that is accomplished by separating studios from media.
