Just as I also wrote in my post 7181, Mineria Southridge was an actual business name and appears on concession titles. Even with the "No Procede" in it. The name appears in a concession title, therefore it's a legitimate business name/entity. SEC/Finra surely would have revoked the stock if any wrongdoing was suspected after a thorough investigation. Here we are, 3 years later and it's still possible to buy/sell SRGE.
