Yes, Baltia can do that but it only can happen AFTER the mini-evac/ditching test...which is the ONLY thing that is preventing to fly cargo before cert.
That is the one freaking thing we are waiting for, the pivot point to change everything for Baltia Airlines and it's investors.
The DOT already gave permission to do this.
There is no Plan B...just other fronts to push further into getting a Pass for the Mini-Evac.
