Btw, they HAVE 10 days to file from that date.
They either will or not?
If they do not file, another direction must be in the works...IMO of course.
In the mean time, I'd like to see the 8k for that 500k.
Maybe it will stop the comments...no 8k...lol
How many times have we heard...no 8k, where's the 8k, sec violation, no 8k filed, then it appears and they all clam up.
