Umm, no, that's now how the PR was read. It stated, "Baltia intends to request a formal hearing with the assigned hearing officer from the FAA within the next 10 days."
That just means that within the 10 days of Feb. 16th, Baltia has to request a formal hearing. So, once FAA complies with that request, then they could set an appointment. Which could be a month from now.
