Short manipulation of ppch continues...Not sure who it is, but they just hold the ask steady almost regardless of the buying pressure. Someone is massively accumulating here, exactly why I'm not sure. Either they are caught short, or they are just trying to accumulate a massive position prior to positive news likely in March.....Patience I believe will be rewarded here, and soon. By the volume, alot of others are seeing the same things..
