The problem and reason for the big drop recently is that the company had to obtain some short-term financing through Asher Enterprises in October, and they started converting the note a few weeks ago. It wasn't a huge amount: $42,500, but I'm sure you know what Asher does, and it has hurt the stock short-term. Originally, the company was planning to pay it off before it could be converted, but the financing didn't come in soon enough. They should start to see some new financing proceeds this month, though, so any other notes like this should be paid off.

Anyway, it has created a huge opportunity, and it may still go a little lower, but put it on your L2 and keep an eye on VERT. When he's done, I'm expecting a nice pop.
