they did get the "E" at least once if not twice. they had several issues with prior auditor that was eventually addressed in subsequent filing after they parted ways. they were consistently late which isnt unusual for microcaps/OTCs post S/O legislation. they wanted to speed up the process. obviously didnt happen with Johnson.
this is another red herring discussion. either accept the company's comment about "filing when the time is right" or sell and move on. for many, this is a big red flag and should be. a company not filing on time or not at all demands investors do some considerable DD to understand why. if at the end of that DD - they feel reasons are valid and/or the risk/reward is acceptable - invest. if not - do not invest. but to continue to beat the dead horse only suggests you are trying to be a worm and direct attn away from the company and inject doubt. i can not imagine any long term investor on this board doesnt want to know where revenues came in for 2015 or what the current debt/balance sheet looks like. that being said, i am also pretty confident that everyone of them is much happier about the stock trading where it is now at these volume levels than 100MM + shares a day at $0.0002 and spiraling towards a R/s and/or increase in the AS.
again - the company has made it clear there is a reason they arent willing/able to file per their public comments on SM. either you accept that or you dont. for most - they should not. this remains highly speculative and risky. however, for those that know what they own and why - we focus on the rapidly expanding dealer network, both brands moving, and await updates on vending, international deals, and closure to lawsuit.

They filed slightly late but it seems to be always within the grace period. I don't see that HJOE ever got an E. For the OTCBB their auditor probably did better than 90% of the companies when it came to filing on time. So I'm not why they thought Johnson would do better than that. "
