Very obvious that NTEK has kept the Valentines Day promos going well past the normal timeline because they are in desperate need of cash and are attempting to quickly increase our UF sub base. Nothing wrong with that strategy and I would do the same thing if cash funds were that low. It also beats the hell out of further dilution that apparently has not occurred in nearly a month.

If we had even just one outside investor or partner with as little as a 5-10 min to invest for a 10-20 percentage stake in NTEK we would not require one additional share of dilution and we could nix the R/S

Why is there no individual or entity stepping forward or have they but NTEK rejected their offer?
