If that were the case then FINRA would be just as guilty as anyone for leaving this go on longer. And yeah, NO WAY, you would be PRIVY to inside information. And yes prior knowledge of FINRA or SEC shutting a company down EXCEPT ALLOWING 1 BOARD MEMBER TO KNOW would be a violation of insider info. And they ARE NOT going to let "1" message board member and only "1" prior to the suspension being announced or charges brought to the company! This keeps getting deleted within seconds of being posted! I asked for a request stating "why would this get removed when it is in direct response to the bashers constantly saying TPAC will be shut down?"
