Form 10K, Form 10Q and Form 8K don't become a requirement until the company has filed a Form 10 Registration Statement which is voluntary until they amass $10 million in assets. Have they done that? Pink sheet listed companies, as a rule, will file the Form 10 Registration Statement as a precursor to uplisting to OTCQB where being SEC fully reporting is required. Until that time they can maintain OTC Pink current status by posting OTC Information and Disclosure Statements each quarter. Just my thoughts.
