You have to grease palms to do business...
Most of these Big Cities are run by Democrats...

There is Flint...a water problem 50 years old and now a Republican Governor is being slapped around over it.
Why has Emanuel gone quiet in Chicago ?
Should we explore more Cities and their Politic's ?
