When I was in the business of bidding jobs, the one thing that irritated me the most was bidding against another competitor via a different product. The problem was/is that the two different products were owned by the same manufacturer. It became so bad in the 90's...and just keeps getting worse. Individuals really need to understand the fact that this nation's manufacturing...etc... has been hijacked by big money holding companies. It would be better if many of these companies just folded(if in trouble) or sold to smaller interests than to be absorbed like this.
