if my understanding is right HJOE is giving shares to the new dealers so I would think they have a handle on this situation given I would assume someone starting a new business would have looked into this , if they have to go for a business loan with a bank or have an attorney going over the paperwork they would have to so ok ..I would think .. so must be something is going on behind the scene ...it's just a red flag the way things look now
