That is correct. They do need to update with their filings. There can be no verification that they will go to the gray's if they don't file end of March. HJOE is not under that assumption and they have a firmer grip on the situation than we do. They did have a fiasco with their last auditor, which ground their filings to a halt, litigated and are currently involved in additional litigation counter suing KBM. These may be extenuating circumstances which give them the time they need to update their fins. We are all waiting for them and they may indeed have been given time by the SEC. We can only speculate. The rewards are still worth the risk with incredible dealer and product expansion.
