Dustin Johns (docstock on ihub and @carpe_dylan on twitter) was/is a large warrant holder and was suppose to give $2 million more to ambs for the most recent leak out...its speculated that he did not make payments and the leak out was voided therefore the nose dive in the share price last week as the funds started dumping again. I dont know if his warrants expired worthless, too lazy to look it up but maybe someone with more knowledge of his situation can correct me or fill in the blanks...
