There are 4 things going on.
1. Magna, Dominion, Anson and International Infusion can each freely trade up to 10% of the daily number of shares of the common stock traded on any Trading Day without restriction through April 30.
2. Magna, Dominion, Anson and International Infusion may sell an unlimited amount of shares at a price at or above $0.40 per common share.
3. They lowered the conversion price on the Series H from (a) the lesser of $2.50 and 75% of the VWAP to (b) the lesser of $0.40 and 75% of the VWAP.
4. The Series E may not be converted until after the end of March.
This caps our upside at $0.40 for the near term.
