It's not a penny stock, and they are signing a $300mil contract on march 23rd...it's now over $4 and soon to be $10plus on that contract....so I'd say it was worth the hassle but the "anonymous" guy should be in prison for what he did, and the shareholders are going after him. We were able to retire 80mil shares for almost nothing and only about 10mil outstanding now..
