Mo, I stated previously that I doubt we will sue Rosen now. I believe Sullivan will give his evidence to the SEC and any other authorities that have jurisdiction. He is well connected. Let the government do the work at no cost to us.
If sanctions are made by the gov't against Rosen, Mako, SA et al we will then use that as basis for a suit.
