I'd thought the same thing initially. But, the company needed to slash their monthly cash burn and find the quickest way to sell, partner, and monetize assets. Just my opinion, ESS is well known and had previous funding and it works! I also think no one will partner with us while we are stuck in the current financing deals. I think it was a logical focal point. And who knows, we could sell it soon?
