Do you think Fran would release the results from the "water testing"? This would help calm some of the fears that the UAE deal is just another fluff PR. It's just a thought... if she released the results from the water testing, it would prove that there is in-fact a deal taking place.
This could also help with moving the share price north. Any positive information would help.
Regardless, we'll know in the next 30 to 45 days if the deal is FOR REAL. The first shipping date is April. Before that time, we should see a signed and executed contract.
