It can't be spun into garbage. It's important to recognize that this isn't a single investor, it's a venture capital firm. For those of you who don't know what the significance of this is...for a venture capital firm to invest $500K in Baltia, after all that has transpired over the last 5 years (especially the last 14-15 months), is a very important signal to potential investors and other VCs that Baltia is on the brink of a big announcement. Just my opinion of course, but don't dismiss a big investment from a firm as "just another investment" when it's far greater than that...if they sense that Baltia is moving forward, they'll invest more. Other firms will then be interested, and Baltia's SP will rocket.
