A few more low level flippers holding insignificant amounts of shares - less than 5M each - continue to change their mind every few minutes whether to flip at .0005 or .0006.
They clearly have no idea how to trade as the they're letting people get in cheap. The amount of undercut ask at .0005 today would already have been enough to take out the .0006s if people entering had been forced to pay that.
Better to get rid of as many of the low level flippers as possible early on so that they don't stack the ask on major news update days when we are in the .0011>.0019 range.
None of this low level activity will affect where CRTC goes in the long run.
