1. Anyone can APPLY. Not anyone can be APPROVED.
2. There cannot be "millions" of companies signed up to be Boeing suppliers. There are not "millions" of aircraft companies in existence. If all possible suppliers were signed up as APPROVED Boeing suppliers, that total would most likely be in the HUNDREDS or the THOUSANDS at most. To claim "MILLIONS" are registered is hyperbole.
3. Hyperbole (exaggerating a claim) most likely indicates deceit or ignorance. Sometimes both.
