When stocks have unexplained strong rallies (particularly in down markets), sometimes it is the result of positive news inadvertantly having slipped out before being made public. Not placing huge odds on this being the case with CTIX right now, probably just oversold and undervalued, but never know, maybe something good coming our way soon!
