For clarity, when I say , 'OWN' , what I am speaking to is debt conversions that happened during the time that the company was going through transitions to become what it is now. Bill was handed that mess when he came on board, and I do not think he was involved in the attempted manipulation that was happening at that time and before he came on board. The information is out there.
