great time to load up as long as the dilution stops which it has for the last close to a month. It takes money to make money. They capital raise could have been to increase inventory, or product development for new product or new flavors. Who knows, that would show on the earning if not sold it would show in inventory.
Hypothetically with a increase of a billion shares of you average the sell to .0005 your talking $500,000 thousand. That's at market value, factor in the got .50 a dollar they probably collected $250,000 for those 1 billion shares. This isn't a worldcom or Enron, they are raising capital to run the business. Hopefully a partnership or acquisition will emerge, but it takes money to make money. I gut tells me they are building up inventory for the new distribution and advertising that should be starting soon if hasn't already. If I'm wrong then they probably won't last very long but I personally have a strong feeling Noho is going to do very well, all will be proven or not in the next couple quarters but at theae level is its a great time to average down as I have for those who have been here awhile but a great time for new investors to get in at the bottom. The product is great and I've personally gone through several cases over the last year. Everyone I've share Noho hold with usually all say the same thing, which is "wow refreshing" my favorite is Noho gold and vodka, tastes like Sprite
