So Micah was named in the complaint? If so, can you please point that out? I think I missed that.
As far as what you and others suggest is a personal vendetta "agin" Huffman. Perhaps there's some truth to that. I know people that were ripped off with his actions at TEXX. Add to it the fact he admitted he LIED gets under my skin a bit.
Maybe it doesn't yours.....for whatever reason.

As far as the settlement goes, the issue isn't the settlement. One would think it would have triggered an 8K, especially since they agreed to pay the $13K or so, but they filed nothing except a statement after the fact in the 10K, while at the same time claiming they were going to vigorously fight the claims.
But they didn't fight. They should have left that out. It made the settlement appear to be nothing more than a mutual agreement when in reality they paid exactly what the plaintiff wanted. They just didn't "admit" liability. (wink wink)
