The Good and the Challenges
here is my synopsis currently on RMHB -telling it like it is IMO from a 500k share holder
First the Good:
1- World Class Energy drink/home run type product
2-Other 4 drinks are very good too
3-Great Brand name and eye catching leaf label
4-Potentially first in new field(hemp drinks) and first in new sub catagory -Energy drinks with Hemp
5-Ownership desire to succeed and prove nay sayers wrong
6-Gung ho distributors trying to take over the world one store at a time.
7-Good margins on drinks.
8-potential other great hemp products,water,energy shots, bars etc
9-strong growth for a 1 year old company.
10-possible major distribution soon in major large cap stores
11-possible international distribution within next 12 months.
12- low share price
13-strong potential for some viral growth due to above
14-potential uplisting to a less sucky but still shitty exchange soon
15-good showing in major similar category events/shows
Now the Challenges:
1- Over 900k in inventory might delay 16 oz cans for months or longer.
2-Debt financing is going to be a burden unless rapid growth can overcome
3-Tom Shuman left for what ever reason
4-Canada deal is dead for what ever reason(potential lawsuit)
5-Roy Meadows financing (potential dilution and lawsuit)
6-Energy shots and other new products haven't come about yet
7-Being on the OTC ( in any exchange= they all suck just the higher ones are less sucky)
8-Harry Drnac -what happened to him too?
9-Those fucktards on the other site who despise management due to past failures and continiue to spread bullshit(though only <5% read stock message boards)
10-Probablilities of a startup pink sheet to succeed (over 99% fail)
11-Due to the 99% fail rate- shorts make more money than longs 100-1 in the OTC
12-need a better designed can for major retailers.
so there you have it. I am telling it like it is in my view. I continually add some shares when it makes sense and buy product. I will also add some good points and some challenges as I see them when they occur
