This is definitely the pattern with TPAC. The only thing that really broke it good was the buyback in December. I'd be willing to bet that several hundred million of those shares belonged to these orgs trying to dump into the bid, so the could cover shorts.

It will be nice when TPAC gets some revenue in, so that the company can buy up some more of the O/S. It really won't take much more to push this up out of the price range of the manipulators over there.
