Not at this time. But if I remember right, I saw a case a couple years ago like this. If I'm not mistaken the company must first submit the form to register the shares or they send the application back, cause you can't up-list with unregistered shares. Because Adam wasn't in the country there's a good chance the application with explanation got forwarded to someone like Bryan.

Since filings haven't been kept current I think the highest up-listing would now be QB.
