I believe the Form 10 Registration Statement is the one being talked about as the Form S-1 Registration Statement is for companies planning on going public. The Form 10 Registration Statement will set up the requirement for 10Q and 10K filings as well as Form 8K filings bringing RMHB into the realm of SEC fully reporting status.
