It was over a long time ago, hence my reason for not voting for the increase in shares so that Gerald could continue his song and dance. He should be stopped. He and his dad do not deserve to be in business. Period! He is an egotistical maniac and based on his posts and tweets possible a sociopath. Let someone else come in and take ESS, that deserves it, to market. This new "increase in shares so that we can get another five million from an "individual investor" is stupid. There is no other individual investor. Its a lie. Its all been a lie for years. Don't fall for it anymore. As I have said, his silence alone is so disrespectful to all of us longs. Who wants to do business with some that acts like that? Not I. I'm with many of you. In my mind, its over...its a loss. Bummer...oh well. But why allow him to continue? There should be an organized effort to at least alert the SEC (if they haven't already been) to give them a heads up. At least to put a watchful eye on whats going on. Perhaps with some scrutiny, Gerald won't have the freedom he has right now to just continue to lie to shareholders. The evidence is there.
