RSI is now at 29 ...
RSI is below 30 for the 16th Straight trading day ... Oversold Record extended !!!
RSI has been under 30 ... ONLY 2 other times in 5 years ...
On both of the other two instances, the RSI was below 30 for 2 consecutive trading days ...
April 8/9, 2015 and December 11/14, 2015 ...
