It could easily have been triggered automatically by their system just as the C.E. designation was from nothing more than a sudden jump in the pps. Designed to help protect investors, but it slaps first and looks close later in order to offer investors better protection. It's a crude indicator and sometimes it dupes investors instead of helping them by causing them to avoid an investment they would've been better off acquiring.
