It was stated in the letter Jan 4th that Mr. Welch would be working on that, as well as a few other things including the fins., for the next few weeks. Hopefully that means yes it was done around the end of January, but I haven't seen anything more about it. They've pretty much been waiting until everything is a done deal prior to publicly announcing it.
