I am reading all these tweets and posts about Gerald moving assets away to shell companies and leaving share holders behind with ESS being next per his presentation today. Is this just bashers talking or is there any truth to this. If he moves the assets away one by one into these "spin offs" what is left of AMBS? What does that do to shareholders? Do we eventually see dividends from these other companies or how do these spin offs work for the good of shareholders? I need a better understanding of how this works if anyone understands it please share! Thank you
