A PR would be nice still from the company. When PHOT was suspended there was never an "official" publicly released statement of why the SEC did this other than there initial suspension PR. So I'm not crossing my fingers for a second.

My question is simple and on topic and not bashing. Can a suspended company still split off a company that is not yet trading ,,,,,and on what market would it be traded on? The pinks?
