Issuing a PR would most likely not increase the pps much and it wouldn't be sustainable. It appears they are intentionally not issuing PRs because they don't want to be seen as pumping the stock. I took that from the email they sent me where I asked if they were a pump and dump.

I will continue to wait for filings here but am completely bored. I would like to just see the filings.
