How can anyone believe what Karlor says anymore since he was voted off the Canwealth Minerals board for violating his non competitive agreement.

I know Shadow Mountain can't be mined. I know why 2/3rds of the claim cells were taken away. I know the IPO isn't coming because Canwealth has no recent filings AT ALL trying to get it.
Time has all but run out for the merger payment. You're free to reject/deny it as you please.
