Easy. A professional presentation is not just throwing together a few cute pictures on PowerPoint.
The one disservice Microsoft has done for the masses is to make everyone think that they know how to do a presentation.
In a professional presentation everything is scrutinized, every pixel must portray the intended message.
I have spent weeks on a single slide as part of a team presentation where each team member is responsible for a single slide
TPAC is small, they have "a" presentation guru, not a presentation team. Need to be patient. It is better to delay the presentation than to rush the putt so to speak. If they are doing it right, they need to step away from the presentation often.
There may be things to worry about but this is not one of them.

I'm only responsible for what I say, not for what you understand.
